Welcome to AgriCrave. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, applications, and services. By creating an account or using AgriCrave, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AgriCrave platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of AgriCrave, you agree to the following:

Account Security

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Accurate Information

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your profile and farm information up to date
Not impersonate others or provide false information

Acceptable Use

Use the platform only for lawful agricultural purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
Not share your account with unauthorized users
Respect the intellectual property rights of AgriCrave and others

Service Usage Guidelines

AI Predictions and Recommendations

Our AI-powered predictions and recommendations are based on available data and machine learning models. While we strive for accuracy, these are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for agricultural decisions. You acknowledge that:

- Predictions may not always be accurate due to unpredictable factors
- You are responsible for verifying recommendations before implementation
- AgriCrave is not liable for outcomes based solely on our predictions

Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Subscription fees may be adjusted with 30 days notice.

API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Excessive usage, abuse, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGRICRAVE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, CROP LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Inaccuracies in AI predictions or recommendations
- Interruptions or errors in service
- Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

By AgriCrave

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AgriCrave shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation in Lagos, Nigeria.
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
